Easy, convenient no-cost shipping within the contiguous United States is one more way Spine & Vigour cares for you. Once you place your order, your Spine & Vigour is shipped in a box via FedEx Ground or UPS and will arrive in 2-5 business days. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order is shipped so you can track when your mattress will arrive.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 business days and will require an additional shipping cost between $150 and $200, depending on delivery location and size. This cost will appear in your cart prior to checkout.
For deliveries to Rhode Island, California and Connecticut, state laws require us to collect a mandatory recycling fee that will help fund state mattress recycling programs. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We don’t believe you should have to rearrange your schedule for a mattress delivery. If you’re not home, no problem! Drivers will leave the shipment at your door, or wherever large packages are kept at your residence. No signature will be required unless shipping to a business location or if you specify at the time of your order.
Our team is sure you’re going to enjoy the care, comfort and quality of your Spine & Vigour. But getting used to real orthopedic support takes time. That’s why we give you 365 nights to try it out. If you decide it’s not right for you at any point during the 365-night trial period, we will gladly provide a full refund. No need to ship your returned Spine & Vigour back to us – we will arrange a pick-up with the Salvation Army. (Note that return procedure may vary for orders placed through Amazon.)
Remember to give your spine some time to adjust to the superior back support our mattresses provide. We recommend at least a 30-day “break-in” period. After that, if you don’t feel it’s the best mattress for your back pain, let us know by the 365th day and we will refund you in full.
If you had us arrange for pick-up of your old mattress when you placed your order, the $100 removal charge is the only fee that will not be refunded. Don’t expect any hidden fees or shipping costs if you return during the first 365 nights. Expect only convenient processing and transparent service.
